Dear Matt and Maggie, Our wedding weekend was truly better than I had hoped it would be. The food was extraordinary, the presentation both artistic and charming and the service perfect every moment. You both clearly wanted us to be happy with everything you did and were willing to do anything -- including making changes in venue at the last minute as the weather changed. For instance we had hoped to have the pre-wedding brunch outside, but since the weather was cold and the clouds threathening you set up in the barn -- but 1/2 an hour before the event started you were gladly willing to move the set up outside as the clouds passed.

Our guests raved all weekend. We had some very particular friends with sophisticated palates from NYC and Houston and they said they had never ever eaten such delicious wedding food. The New Yorkers said your white fish salad was better than they'd had in New York!

You helped make the whole weekend a real pleasure.

Everything was delicious. Both meat eaters and vegetarians had wonderful choices. The appetizers were so good we didn't need the meal!

Everyone working for Spice of Life was courteous, personable and professional and went out of their way to please.
