We enjoyed everything we tasted from the Spice of Life - from our fantastic feast at our tasting conference to the wedding itself.

Well, as I just said, presentation was colourful, well executed in design and very eye appealing.

We had an Apple Theme for our wedding so Matt and Maggie utilized apples in many of their special dishes. We had apple martinis, apple slaw, apple in stuffing... Every dish was different in appearance and flavor - the presentation of all the food was beautiful and we really enjoyed the use of the old wagon for cold appetizers.

The bartenders and service people were all very quiet, polite and responsive to requests. They did a good job in trying to remember names of the key people and presented themselves very well. Each one of them maintained a cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor.
